Sometimes you just need some "greens" for dinner!
With more holidays just a round the corner I wanted to share a few more beautiful holiday tablescapes with you.
I'm not really the traditional red and green type decorating gal...I love both colors but have created a twist on both for you and some suggestions for great finds and how to get the look at home.
Most importantly - most of these pieces are not just "holiday" decor. Almost everything on the table and individually would be a great addition to your own home and you can achieve so many different looks with all the items.
I started with a clean green and white palette accented with a mix of metals.
Here is an overview of the whole look and see below for more details!
I actually have owned these placemats forever. They work all year round and set the stage for the base of the table decor. Obviously pretty with this white and gold, but they literally would work all year rounds. I use them in the spring with all my pinks and they look fantastic with blue as well. Imagine a table go blue and green hydrangea and these for summer!?
Placemats from Deborah Rhodes table.
Now the other amazing pieces that created this table started with the dishes.
These Herend pieces work with everything as well.
I started with this charger plate with metal accents. The Babos charger is just so stylish. Perfect as a charger plate but I would not be opposed to using these as an oversized dinner plate too.
The Herend fishscale grey was the foundation for the tablescape.
You might remember these from my Thanksgiving table. They look completely different with rustic chic vibe then and for the upcoming holidays lean towards chic, sleek and clean.
I like adding a touch of green to the actual table setting and these glasses from Fete Home are just perfect.
Add a clean crisp white linen napkin with a touch of glam like this knotted gold napkin ring from Kim Seybert
I love all white flowers, they re so elegant and a perfect addition to the table.
I personally love to add placecards. It shows your guest how much love and effort you put into your table before their arrival and how you personally were thinking of them beforehand. These are just PERFECT from Mr. P's placecards.
However you plan to celebrate I hope your table will be filled with beautiful things and loved ones!
Happy Holidays!!!
